Provisions Applicable to Disconnection Generally. 20.5.1. Within 20 business days of the coming into force of this Agreement, the Parties shall develop appropriate operating and decommissioning procedures for the Customer’s facilities. The Parties shall comply with those operating and decommissioning procedures in relation to any disconnection of the Customer’s facilities.
