Provisioning Targets Clause Samples
The Provisioning Targets clause defines specific goals or benchmarks that must be met in the delivery or supply of goods, services, or resources under an agreement. It typically outlines quantitative or qualitative targets, such as minimum delivery volumes, service levels, or performance metrics, and may specify timelines or milestones for achieving these objectives. By clearly establishing these targets, the clause ensures both parties have a mutual understanding of expectations, thereby reducing ambiguity and helping to measure compliance or trigger remedies if targets are not met.
