Common use of Provisional Remedies Clause in Contracts

Provisional Remedies. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed to limit any right that Bank may have under this Agreement or at law to exercise any provisional remedies that it may have under this Agreement or any of the Loan Documents as a result of any Event of Default hereunder (including, without limitation, the right to conduct a non-judicial foreclosure sale, the right to seize any personal property collateral and the right to seek the appointment of a receiver).
