PROVISION OF INVESTMENT SUB-ADVISORY SERVICES. (a) Within the framework of the Fund’s investment objective, policies and restrictions as set forth in the Fund’s Prospectus and Statement of Additional Information, as currently in effect and as amended or supplemented from time to time, and the Investment Guidelines (as defined in Section 2(a)), and subject to the supervision of the Board and the Adviser, the Sub-Adviser shall provide the following non-discretionary investment advisory services with respect to the Allocated Portion:
