Provision for Co-Trustee. The Employer may select one or more individuals (who may be employees of the Employer) or a corporation to act as a trustee hereunder. In such event, the powers granted to the Trustee under the provisions of this Trust Agreement shall be vested in all such trustees jointly and shall be exercised by a majority of the Trustees.
