Provings. Carrier and Shipper are each responsible for proving its respective measurement facilities. Each Party shall allow the other Party to witness all provings. For scheduled measurement facilities provings, a Party shall give the other Party at least seventy-two (72) hours’ advance written notice of the date and time of the scheduled prove.
