PROVIDING PHYSICIANS Sample Clauses
The 'Providing Physicians' clause defines the obligations and procedures related to the assignment or availability of medical professionals under an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines how physicians will be selected, their qualifications, and the process for substituting or replacing them if necessary. For example, it may specify that the service provider must ensure all physicians are properly licensed and meet certain standards, or that replacements must be approved by the client. The core function of this clause is to ensure that qualified medical personnel are consistently available to fulfill the contractual obligations, thereby maintaining the quality and continuity of care.
