Providing Documents. Upon written request, the Board shall provide to the President of the MEA a copy of the proposed, adopted and audited budget of the District as they are prepared. The Board shall provide, at a reasonable cost to the MEA, all public information requested which is necessary and proper to the administration of the collective bargaining agreement.

Providing Documents. In the event Seller and Purchaser fail to consummate ("Non-Consummation") this Agreement for any reason, Purchaser shall provide Seller with all documents, correspondence, reports, books, photographs or other written materials prepared by third party suppliers and consultants that concern, result from or are prepared in connection with the Investigation (the "Documents"). Such Documents will be delivered to Seller, without cost to Seller, following Non-Consummation to the extent the documents are in the possession of, or under the control of, Purchaser.

The Board shall provide all public information requested which is necessary and proper to the administration of the collective bargaining agreement free of charge, up to a reasonably estimated cost of $100. Any calculated cost beyond that shall be provided as an estimate to the Association and approved or the information request shall be revised.
