The Provider Panel clause establishes a designated group of service providers that are pre-approved or authorized to deliver specific services under an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the criteria for inclusion on the panel, the process for selecting providers from the panel for particular tasks, and any ongoing requirements for maintaining panel membership. Its core practical function is to streamline the procurement process, ensure quality and consistency among service providers, and provide the contracting party with a reliable pool of vetted professionals to choose from.

Provider Panel. 4.1 Inclusion PROVIDER acknowledges that RIPCPC shall use reasonable efforts to negotiate arrangements to include PROVIDER in relevant selective provider panels and managed care contracts; provided, however, that any negotiation shall not include the negotiation of fees or any capitated payment arrangement.
4.2 Participation RIPCPC does not guarantee that PROVIDER will be able to participate in any managed care contract or be included in any provider panel that has a contract with RIPCPC or members of RIPCPC.
Provider Panel. At, or subsequent to, the Closing, Seller shall deliver to Purchaser, in CD-Rom form, a listing of the Company’s network providers. At Purchaser’s request, all files relative to the Company’s contracted relationship with its providers will be delivered to Purchaser by Seller.
Provider Panel. The PROVIDER-MANAGER agrees to notify HMO no later than thirty (30) days in advance, in writing by Certified or Registered mail, of PROVIDER-MANAGER's intention to close or reopen enrollment to PROVIDER-MANAGER's office(s).
Provider Panel. CREDENTIALING AND RECREDENTIALING STATUS DEFINITION:
A. < = 90% of the APS provider network is credentialed or recredentialed.
B. CHC will conduct an annual provider file audit to determine compliance with NCQA standards. If APS does not obtain a "significant" level of compliance with this audit, will be given a 3-month cure period before re-audit. If still not at a "significant" APS will have financial penalty. Cure period of 90 days following the cure period identified in Attachment D-1, Exhibit 1.
