Provider Panel Sample Clauses

The Provider Panel clause establishes a designated group of service providers that are pre-approved or authorized to deliver specific services under an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the criteria for inclusion on the panel, the process for selecting providers from the panel for particular tasks, and any ongoing requirements for maintaining panel membership.
