Provider Network Lists. Contractor agrees to provide the State quarterly with a list of all its participating providers, including its mental health and substance abuse providers, with whom regular referral arrangements exist. This list must include a separate list of PCPs who have adequate capacity to accept members. In addition, a list shall be provided quarterly that includes designation of language capability of the provider and physical accessibility of the provider’s location, as well as applicable addresses and telephone numbers.

Provider Network Lists. Contractor agrees to provide the State quarterly with a list of all its participating dental providers, including those whose practices are open to additional RIte Smiles members. The list shall be provided quarterly and includes designation of language capability of the provider and physical accessibility of the provider's location, as well as applicable addresses and telephone numbers. The format of data submission will be determined by the State.

The computer and network card must have software installed that supports the Internet Protocol commonly referred to as TCP/IP. Any conflicts between the software compatibility of the network and the TENANT’S computer operating system or any other feature will be the responsibility of the TENANT to resolve. LANDLORD will not be responsible for software issues related to the user’s personal computer.

  • Provider Manual The Provider Manual shall be a comprehensive online reference tool for the Provider and staff regarding, but not limited to, administrative, prior authorization, and referral processes, claims and encounter submission processes, continuity of care requirements, and plan benefits. The Provider Manual shall also address topics such as clinical practice guidelines, availability and access standards, care management programs and Enrollee rights.

  • The Web Services E-Verify Employer Agent agrees to, consistent with applicable laws, regulations, and policies, commit sufficient personnel and resources to meet the requirements of this MOU.

  • Data Encryption Contractor must encrypt all State data at rest and in transit, in compliance with FIPS Publication 140-2 or applicable law, regulation or rule, whichever is a higher standard. All encryption keys must be unique to State data. Contractor will secure and protect all encryption keys to State data. Encryption keys to State data will only be accessed by Contractor as necessary for performance of this Contract.

  • Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services 2.1 Verizon Telecommunications Services may be purchased by Connectel under this Resale Attachment only for the purpose of resale by Connectel as a Telecommunications Carrier.
