Provider makes Bids Sample Clauses

Provider makes Bids. The Provider may make Bids in response to Offers. Each Bid must specify: 2.1 the Offer to which the Bid relates; EB5. 2.2 the Block to which the Bid relates; and 2.3 the Strike Fee for the Bid, which must not be more than the Maximum Strike Fee for the Offer. The Bid must be received by Transpower before the Bid deadline for the Offer.
