Provider Listing. Upon receipt of the necessary information from Participating Provider, QualCare shall ensure that Participating Provider’s name and address are included in the listing of participating providers with the applicable Payor and shall make available lists of participating providers to Members of the applicable Payor’s Health Benefits Plan.
