Provider Handbook. ILS Community Network and/or Managed Care Plan will make the Provider Handbook available to Provider via website or other alternate means. Modifications or updates to the Provider Handbook shall be provided by ILS Community Network in accordance with Section 2.4 hereof. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the terms of the Provider Handbook, the terms of this Agreement shall control, note that however, the Provider Handbook may modify policies and operational procedures.
Provider Handbook. County's Human Services Department manual for providers of services that contains standard forms, performance measures, and other documents and standard practices, as same may be amended from time to time by County, which Handbook is incorporated herein by reference.
Provider Handbook. In addition to compliance with the terms of the Provider Handbook and P&Ps which are applicable to Dentist regardless of the network in which Dentist participates, Dentist agrees to comply with all Provider Handbook provisions and P&Ps specifically related to the Medicare Dental Network, as they shall be amended. ODS reserves the right to amend the Medicare Dental Network related provisions of the Provider Handbook and P&Ps at any time. ODS will notify Dentist of such amendments by posting the amendments on ODS’ website or by other appropriate means. All Medicare Dental Network provisions of the Provider Handbook and P&Ps are incorporated herein by reference.
Provider Handbook. In order to permit Health Plan to alert Provider to access Health Plan’s website to download updates to the Provider Manual and provider requirements, Provider shall provide Health Plan with a current e-mail address and notify Health Plan if such e-mail address changes.
Provider Handbook. CONTRACTOR must submit to HHSC a provider handbook that complies with Texas Department of Insurance provisions, including, but not limited to: 28 T.A.C. Section 11.1606(e)(5) (regarding the requirements CONTRACTOR imposes upon physicians and providers); 28
Provider Handbook. 2.18.5.1 The CONTRACTOR shall issue a provider handbook to all contract providers. The CONTRACTOR may distribute the provider handbook electronically (e.g., via its website) as long as providers are notified about how to obtain the electronic copy and how to request a hard copy at no charge to the provider. At a minimum the provider handbook shall include the following information:

HHSC has 15 business days from the date the provider handbook is received to review the submitted material and to recommend any suggestions or required changes. If HHSC has not responded to CONTRACTOR by the fifteenth day, CONTRACTOR may use the submitted handbook.
