The 'Provider Handbook' clause defines the role and authority of a handbook or manual issued by the provider as a reference for procedures, policies, and operational guidelines relevant to the agreement. Typically, this clause states that the handbook contains detailed instructions or requirements that the provider and sometimes the client must follow, such as service standards, reporting protocols, or compliance measures. Provider Handbook. ILS Community Network and/or Managed Care Plan will make the Provider Handbook available to Provider via website or other alternate means. Modifications or updates to the Provider Handbook shall be provided by ILS Community Network in accordance with Section 2.4 hereof. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the terms of the Provider Handbook, the terms of this Agreement shall control, note that however, the Provider Handbook may modify policies and operational procedures.
Provider Handbook. County's Human Services Department manual for providers of services that contains standard forms, performance measures, and other documents and standard practices, as same may be amended from time to time by County, which Handbook is incorporated herein by reference.
Provider Handbook. Provider Handbook. In order to permit Health Plan to alert Provider to access Health Plan’s website to download updates to the Provider Manual and provider requirements, Provider shall provide Health Plan with a current e-mail address and notify Health Plan if such e-mail address changes.

If HHSC has not responded to CONTRACTOR by the fifteenth day, CONTRACTOR may use the submitted handbook.
Provider Handbook. 2.18.5.1 The CONTRACTOR shall issue a provider handbook to all contract providers. The CONTRACTOR may distribute the provider handbook electronically (e.g., via its website) as long as providers are notified about how to obtain the electronic copy and how to request a hard copy at no charge to the provider. At a minimum the provider handbook shall include the following information:

Provider Handbook. 2.18.5.1 The CONTRACTOR shall issue a provider handbook to all contract providers. 2.18.5.2 The CONTRACTOR shall develop a supplement for the provider handbook regarding CHOICES. This supplement shall include the information in Section 2.18.5.3 relating to the CHOICES program, as determined by TENNCARE, and the supplement shall be prior approved by TENNCARE and TDCI. The CONTRACTOR shall distribute the supplement to all contract providers no later than the end of the quarter prior to implementation of CHOICES. The CONTRACTOR shall distribute the supplement until the provider handbook is revised to include the CHOICES program, which shall be no later than the date specified by TENNCARE.
2.18.5.3 At a minimum the provider handbook shall include the following information:
