Provider Choice. MFIP provisions require counties to provide a choice of at least two employment service providers available to participants unless a workforce center is being utilized (MN Statute 256J.50, Subdivision 8). Counties may request an exception if meeting this requirement results in a financial hardship (MN Statute 256J.50, Subdivision 9). Provider Choice. The existence of this Agreement will not obligate Tempus or any provider to refer any specimens or testing services to Personalis, and Tempus (except to the extent expressly set forth in this Agreement) and all providers remain free at all times to refer any and all testing to the laboratory of their choice.
