Provide the Services Sample Clauses
The 'Provide the Services' clause defines the obligation of one party, typically the service provider, to deliver specific services as outlined in the agreement. Provide the Services. Customer will provide TouchStar, promptly on request, with such assistance, access, and facilities as TouchStar may reasonably require enabling it to carry out its obligations under this Agreement and Customer acknowledges that TouchStar shall not be liable for any delay caused by Customer's failure to perform such obligations with due expediency.
