Provide Exchange Program. RCI shall make the RCI Exchange Program available to RCI Subscribing Members and perform its functions with respect to the RCI Exchange Program in accordance with its obligations under this Agreement, the RCI Terms and Conditions of Membership and the RCI Procedures Manual.
