Provide Daytime Program Activities. As a 24‐hour Year Round Emergency Shelter Program, the Shelter OPERATOR will encourage all clients to stay on‐site during the day and to take advantage of the on‐site services provided to them during the daytime. Daytime program activities include but are not limited to, the following: • Access to day‐time service providers • Life skills classes and workshops; • Indoor and outdoor recreational activities
