Protocol Documentation. The Receiving Party will not circumvent or attempt to circumvent any technological mechanism (such as digital rights management technology or password protection) in place to restrict access to or limit copying of the other Party’s Protocol Documentation and that is included in or applied to such Protocol Documentation (“Copy Protection Mechanism”).
