Protein Degrader Sample Clauses

Protein Degrader. The term “Protein Degrader” shall mean, with respect to a Collaboration Target, a compound comprising (a) a Target Binding Moiety, (b) optionally, a Linker, and (c) an E3 Ligase Binding Moiety that degrades such Collaboration Target. The Target Binding Moiety, Linker and E3 Ligase Binding Moiety are each a “Protein Degrader Component”.
