Common use of Protective Liability Clause in Contracts

Protective Liability. The City’s Management may, in its discretion, require Owner’s Protective Liability in some situations. Umbrella and/or Excess Liability – The umbrella or Excess Liability Policy may be used to combine with underlying policies to obtain the limits required. The Management of the City may elect to require higher limits.
