PROTECTION OF WORK, PROPERTY AND THE PUBLIC. a. Contractor shall be responsible for the entire site and the building or construction of the same and provide all the necessary protections, as required by Owner or designer, and by laws or ordinances governing such conditions. Contractor shall be responsible for any damage to Owner's property, or of that of others on the job, by them, their personnel, or their subcontractors, and shall make good such damages. Contractor shall be responsible for and pay for any damages caused to Owner. Contractor shall have access to the project at all times.
