Common use of Protection of Security Trustee Clause in Contracts

Protection of Security Trustee. The benefits conferred on the Agent pursuant to this Article 14 regarding rights to indemnification and the exercise of its rights, powers, authorizations, discretions, duties and responsibilities pursuant to this Agreement and any other Loan Document shall also be conferred, where appropriate, on the Security Trustee in relation to this Agreement and the Foreign Security Documents and references to the Agent in this Article 14 shall be read and construed as references to the Agent and/or the Security Trustee accordingly.

Protection of Security Trustee. The benefits conferred on the Agent pursuant to this Article 14 Section 9 regarding rights to indemnification and the exercise of its rights, powers, authorizations, discretions, duties and responsibilities pursuant to this Agreement and any other Loan Document and also pursuant to Section 11 shall also be conferred, where appropriate, on the Security Trustee in relation to this Agreement and the Foreign Collateral Documents to which the Security Documents Trustee is a party and references to the Agent in this Article 14 Section 9 and Section 11 shall be read and construed as references to the Agent and/or the Security Trustee accordingly.

The benefits conferred on the Administrative Agent pursuant to this Article Section 14 regarding rights to indemnification and the exercise of its rights, powers, authorizations, discretions, duties and responsibilities pursuant to this Agreement and any other Loan Document and also pursuant to Section 15 shall also be conferred, where appropriate, on the Security Trustee in relation to this Agreement and the Foreign Security Documents and references to the Administrative Agent in this Article Section 14 and Section 15 shall be read and construed as references to the Administrative Agent and/or the Security Trustee accordingly.

The benefits conferred on the Agent pursuant to this Article 14 12 regarding rights to indemnification and the exercise of its rights, powers, authorizations, discretions, duties and responsibilities pursuant to this Agreement and any other Loan Document and also pursuant to Article 14 shall also be conferred, where appropriate, on the Security Trustee in relation to this Agreement and the Foreign Security Documents and references to the Agent in this Article 12 and Article 14 shall be read and construed as references to the Agent and/or the Security Trustee accordingly.. The benefits conferred on the Administrative Agent pursuant to this Article 14 8 regarding rights to indemnification and the exercise of its rights, powers, authorizations, discretions, duties and responsibilities pursuant to this Agreement and any other Loan Credit Document and also pursuant to Article 9 shall also be conferred, where appropriate, on the Security Trustee in relation to this Agreement and the Foreign Security Documents to which the Security Trustee is a party and references to the Administrative Agent in this Article 14 8 and Article 9 shall be read and construed as references to the Administrative Agent and/or the Security Trustee accordingly.
