Common use of Protection of Reported Inventions Clause in Contracts

Protection of Reported Inventions. For inventions reported under this Article, the Receiving Party shall withhold all invention reports or disclosures from public access for a reasonable time (1 year unless otherwise agreed or unless restricted longer herein) to facilitate establishment of patent rights.
