PROTECTION OF NEOPROBE TRADEMARKS. USSC acknowledges Neoprobe's exclusive right, title and interest in and to the Neoprobe Trademarks and will not, in any way, directly or indirectly, do or cause to be done any act or thing contesting or in any way impairing or tending to impair any part of said right, title and interest in connection with the use of Neoprobe Trademarks. USSC shall not in any manner represent that it has any ownership in Neoprobe Trademarks or any registration thereof and USSC acknowledges that use of Neoprobe Trademarks by it shall not create in USSC any right, title or interest in or to the Neoprobe Trademarks, but all use of Neoprobe Trademarks shall inure to the benefit of Neoprobe.
