Protected Dual Path Sample Clauses
The Protected Dual Path clause establishes a contractual mechanism that ensures two independent and secure routes or methods are available for a critical process or service. In practice, this might apply to telecommunications, data transmission, or supply chains, where two separate pathways are maintained so that if one fails, the other can continue to operate without interruption. The core function of this clause is to enhance reliability and minimize the risk of total service disruption, thereby providing assurance and continuity for essential operations.
