Common use of Protect Property Clause in Contracts

Protect Property. To protect the Property of the Debtor and Reorganized Debtor from adverse Claims or Liens or interference inconsistent with this Plan, including to hear actions to quiet or otherwise clear title to such property based upon the terms and provisions of this Plan or to determine a purchaser’s exclusive ownership of claims and causes of actions retained under this Plan;
