PROSPECTUSES AND PROXY STATEMENTS; SALES MATERIAL AND OTHER INFORMATION. 3.1. The Trust shall provide the Company with as many copies of the current Trust Prospectus as the Company may reasonably request. If requested by the Company in lieu thereof, the Trust at its expense shall provide to the Company a camera-ready copy, and electronic version, of the current Trust Prospectus suitable for printing and other assistance as is reasonably necessary in order for the Company to have a new Contracts Prospectus printed together with the Trust Prospectus in one document. See Article V for a detailed explanation of the responsibility for the cost of printing and distributing Trust prospectuses.
