Except as otherwise provided in subsection (o) of this Section, within twenty-four hours of release to the general public of interim financial statement information related to the Company with respect to each of the first three quarters of any fiscal year or preliminary financial statement information with respect to any fiscal year, the Company shall furnish promptly such information to the Agents (if the documents containing such information are not then publicly available on a website or other electronic system maintained by the SEC).
