Except as otherwise provided in subsection (l) of this Section, on or immediately after the date on which there shall be released to the general public interim financial statement information related to the Company with respect to each of the first three quarters of any fiscal year or preliminary financial statement information with respect to any fiscal year, the Company shall furnish such information to each Agent, confirmed in writing.
