Prorated Bonus Upon Termination. If the Executive terminates on the Termination Date or pursuant to an Early Termination in 2019, the Executive will be entitled to receive a Prorated Bonus for the 2019 fiscal year based on actual full year performance, pro-rated to reflect service through the Termination Date, and paid when bonuses are payable generally to active employees, but no later than March 15 of the year following the year in which such bonus becomes payable.
