ProQR Platform Patents. As between the Parties, subject to Section 9.7.2, ProQR shall have the sole responsibility for and control over the Prosecution and Maintenance of any ProQR Platform Patents and ProQR Improvements IP, at ProQR’s sole cost and expense.
