Common use of Proprietary Rights Agreement Clause in Contracts

Proprietary Rights Agreement. Executive hereby expressly reaffirms his obligations under the Company’s standard employee innovations and proprietary rights assignment agreement (the “Proprietary Rights Agreement”), which Executive has previously executed, a copy of which is attached to this Release as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference, and agrees that such obligations shall continue to apply during Executive’s employment following the Transition Date and shall survive any termination of his employment or services to the Company.
