Common use of Proprietary Legends Clause in Contracts

Proprietary Legends. All Code and documentation shall be marked with IFS's copyright notice. All products using the Pak Products offered by Phoenix shall display IFS's copyright notice. However, Phoenix may mark ▇▇▇h its own copyright notice and register any Derivative Works of the Code and documentation prepared by Phoenix. The parties agree to cooperate in any such registration and to provide necessary information and prepare and deliver duly executed documents reasonably required in such regard. In addition, Phoenix agrees to notify IFS in advance of sublicensing or marketing the Pak Products to any entity outside the XXX-CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUESTED AND CONFIDENTIAL PORTIONS FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE COMMISSION United States, so that IFS may take appropriate steps to obtain copyright protection in such other countries.
