Common use of Proprietary Legends Clause in Contracts

Proprietary Legends. Licensee shall not remove or obscure any trademark, copyright notice or other proprietary or restrictive notice or legend contained or included in any or all of the Licensed Software provided by Licensor, and Licensee shall reproduce and copy all such notices and legends on all permissible copies made hereunder, including such copies as may be necessary for archival or backup purposes.
