Proprietary Headers. All Seller software deliverables shall use the Buyer's proprietary headers and cover sheets. It shall be understood that the Buyer has full publication rights of all documentation and software purchased from the Seller. All software files shall use the Buyer proprietary headers consistent with the current Buyer file header structure.
