Common use of Proprietary Agreement Clause in Contracts

Proprietary Agreement. Employee shall sign a Proprietary Information --------------------- Agreement (the "Proprietary Agreement") in the form attached hereto as Exhibit --------------------- ------- A. Employee hereby agrees to continue to abide by the terms of the Proprietary Agreement and further agrees that the provisions of the Proprietary Agreement shall survive any termination of this Agreement or of Employee's employment relationship with the Company.
