PROPOSITION 65 WARNING. The Premises as well as the common areas in and around the Apartment Community contain at least one chemical(s) known to the State of California to cause cancer or reproductive toxicity and for which warnings are now required. These chemicals include, but are not limited to: tobacco, smoke, lead and lead components, asbestos, carbon monoxide and gasoline components. California Health & Safety Code Section 25249.
