Proposer Sample Clauses
The 'Proposer' clause defines the party responsible for initiating an offer or proposal within a contract or agreement. Typically, this clause identifies who has the authority to submit proposals, requests, or suggested terms, and may outline any requirements or procedures the proposer must follow. By clearly designating the proposer, the clause ensures clarity in communication and responsibility, helping to prevent disputes over who may initiate contractual actions or negotiations.
