Proposed Resources. This section should be a summary of the proposed resources the organization will provide. This section should detail the resources and describe how the proposed resources address each of the requirements listed in the Organization Proposal Requirements section of this RFP. This section should also include work that the organization has done with other districts to develop capacity to execute on the proposal requirements. Organizations should provide a proposed professional learning plan for the 2018-2019 school year that meets the needs of administrators, teachers, teacher leaders, and instructional coaches ensuring that they have the skills necessary to support the implementation of the resource(s) and the Colorado Academic Standards. The structure of the professional development will consist of the following: ● At least four days per course, two days in June 2018 and two days in August 2018 for summer professional learning. Professional learning should include the Colorado Academic Standards, the C3 framework, differentiation to include supports for English learners. Provide a detailed implementation plan for delivering the proposed materials to interested schools by May 4, 2018 and providing training to support use of the materials during the 2018-2019 school year. Costs for the organization’s proposed solution should be submitted.
Proposed Resources. A description of the staff proposed for the work/service, including prior experience, skills and competencies. CV’s of the staff proposed to undertake the work must be submitted.

The structure of the professional development will consist of something like the following: ● 3 days (18 hours) of professional development provided during a summer institute designed to strengthen teachers’ content and pedagogical content knowledge related to the curricular adoption and the Next Generation Science Standards. ● 4 days (24 hours) of professional development provided during school year seminars, scheduled on a day-at-a time- basis over several months and designed to reinforce and expand teachers’ content and pedagogical knowledge related to the curricular adoption of the Next Generation Science Standards. Provide a detailed implementation plan for delivering the proposed materials to interested schools by May 4, 2018 and providing training to support use of the materials during the 2018-2019 school year.
