Common use of Proposal Validity Period Clause in Contracts

Proposal Validity Period. Each proposal must state that it will remain valid for UNTS’ acceptance for a minimum of one hundred and eighty (180) days after the Submittal Deadline, to allow time for evaluation, selection, and, any unforeseen delays. Should circumstances arise that require an extension to this period, UNTS reserves the right to provide extensions at its discretion.
