Proposal Irrevocability. Subject to a Proponent’s right to withdraw a Proposal in accordance with the procedure described in Section 2.6 (Withdrawal of Proposal), a Proposal shall be irrevocable by the Proponent for six (6) months from the Closing Time. Proposals will not be opened publicly.
