Proposal Definitions; Conflicts. Unless otherwise defined in the Contractor Proposal, any capitalized term therein shall have the meaning prescribed to it in the Agreement. Except as specifically modified in the Contractor Proposal to the extent such is permissible under this Agreement, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect, and shall control in the event of any conflict, with respect to the Contractor Proposal, the Work Order, and the Project.
