The Proposal Content Acceptance clause establishes the criteria and process by which the recipient of a proposal reviews and formally approves its contents. PROPOSAL CONTENT ACCEPTANCE. The contents of the proposal of the successful Offeror, including persons specified to implement the project, will become contractual obligations if acquisition action ensues. Failure of the successful Offeror to accept these obligations in a contracting instrument may result in cancellation of the award and such Offeror may be removed from consideration for future solicitations.
