Proportionate Response Sample Clauses
The Proportionate Response clause establishes that any actions or measures taken in response to a breach, threat, or incident must be appropriate and commensurate with the severity of the situation. Proportionate Response. The LFC may only exercise its rights under clause 21.1 to suspend or restrict a Service to the extent, and for the period of time, that such suspension or restriction is reasonably necessary.
