Common use of Property Tax Assessment Clause in Contracts

Property Tax Assessment. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement to the contrary, if Buyer shall become liable after the Closing for payment of any property taxes assessed against the Property for any period of time prior to the Closing, Seller shall immediately pay to Buyer on demand an amount equal to such tax assessment.
