Common use of PROPERTY RIGHTS RESERVED Clause in Contracts

PROPERTY RIGHTS RESERVED. This Contract will be subject and subordinate to all the terms and conditions of any instruments and documents under which Authority acquired the land or improvements thereon, of which said Assigned Areas are a part. Company understands and agrees that this Contract will be subordinate to the provisions of any existing or future agreement between Authority and the United States of America, or any of its agencies, relative to the operation or maintenance of the Airport, the execution of which has been or may be required as a condition precedent to the expenditure of federal funds for the development of the Airport, and to any terms or conditions imposed upon the Airport by any other governmental entity.
