Property Reports. Upon request from Beneficiary or its representatives and designees, Trustor and/or Operating Lessee as applicable shall furnish in a timely manner to Beneficiary: an accounting of all security deposits held in connection with any Lease of any part of the Property, including the name and identification number of the accounts in which such security deposits are held, the name and address of the financial institutions in which such security deposits are held and the name of the person to contact at such financial institution, along with any authority or release necessary for Beneficiary to obtain information regarding such accounts directly from such financial institutions.
