Common use of Property of Sponsor Clause in Contracts

Property of Sponsor. 4.1. All (a) of Sponsor’s Confidential Information (including, without limitation, all original Project records and reports), (b) unused clinical supplies provided by Sponsor, and (c) complete and incomplete Case Report Forms, which in any case are in Omnicare CR’s possession, shall be and remain Sponsor’s property; provided, however, that Omnicare CR may retain one copy of Sponsor’s Confidential Information in its files for archival purposes, as a means of determining any continuing obligations under this Master Agreement (including the Exhibit(s)).
