Property Nominee. The Property Nominee (i) is a corporation incorporated and subsisting under the Laws of New Brunswick; (ii) has the legal right and all necessary power and authority to own its assets and carry on its business; and (iii) is duly qualified, licensed or registered to carry on business under the Laws applicable to it in all jurisdictions where it conducts business.
