Annual Assessment Work. To the extent required by law, beginning with the annual assessment work period of September 1, 2010, to September 1, 2011, and for each succeeding annual assessment work year commencing during the term of this Agreement, and not less than thirty (30) days before the applicable deadline, GSV shall perform for the benefit of the Property work of a type customarily deemed applicable as assessment work and of sufficient value to satisfy the annual assessment work requirements of all applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations and ordinances, if any, and shall prepare evidence of the same in form proper for recordation and filing, and shall timely record and/or file such evidence in the appropriate federal, state and local office as required by applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations and ordinances. GSV shall deliver to Owner proof of GSV’s compliance with this Section not less than fifteen (15) days before the applicable deadline. If GSV elects to terminate this Agreement more than three (3) months before the deadline for performance of annual assessment work for the succeeding annual assessment year, GSV shall have no obligation to perform annual assessment work nor to prepare, record and/or file evidence of the same for the following annual assessment year. The parties acknowledge that there are presently no annual assessment work requirements for the unpatented mining claims which constitute the Property.
Annual Assessment Work. To the extent required by law, beginning with the annual assessment work period of September 1 of the year prior to the Effective Date, to September 1 of the year of the Effective Date, and for each following annual assessment work year thereafter, Lessee shall perform for the benefit of the Property work of a type customarily deemed applicable as assessment work and of sufficient value to satisfy the annual assessment work requirements of all applicable Federal, state and local laws, regulations and ordinances, if any, and shall prepare evidence of the same in form proper for recordation and filing, and shall timely record and/or file such evidence in the appropriate Federal, state and local office as required by applicable Federal, state and local laws, regulations and ordinances. If Lessee elects to terminate this Agreement more than three (3) months before the deadline for performance of annual assessment work for the following annual assessment year, Lessee shall have no obligation to neither perform annual assessment work nor to prepare, record and/or file evidence of the same for the following annual assessment year. Lessee’s obligation, if any, to perform the annual assessment work for the assessment work period September 1, 2005 to September 1, 2006, is an unconditional obligation of Lessee which shall survive termination of this Agreement.
Annual Assessment Work. To the extent required by law, beginning with the annual assessment work period of September 1, 2005, to September 1, 2006, and for each succeeding annual assessment work year commencing during the term of this Agreement. TOGI shall perform for the benefit of the Property work of a type customarily deemed applicable as assessment work and of sufficient value to satisfy the annual assessment work requirements of all applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations and ordinances, if any, and shall prepare evidence of the same in form proper for recordation and filing, and shall timely record and/or file such evidence in the appropriate federal, state and local office as required by applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations and ordinances. TOGI shall deliver to Owner proof of TOGI's compliance with this Section not less than fifteen (15) days before the applicable deadline. If TOGI elects to terminate this Agreement more than four (4) months before the deadline for performance of annual assessment work for the succeeding annual assessment year, TOGI shall have no obligation to perform annual assessment work nor to prepare, record and/or file evidence of the same for the following annual assessment year.
Annual Assessment Work. To the extent required by law, beginning with the annual assessment work period of September 1, 2017, to September 1, 2018, and for each subsequent following annual assessment work year commencing during the term of this Agreement, NCG shall perform for the benefit of the Property work of a type customarily deemed applicable as assessment work and of sufficient value to satisfy the annual assessment work requirements of all applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations and ordinances, if any, and shall prepare evidence of the same in form proper for recordation and filing, and shall timely record and/or file such evidence in the appropriate federal, state and local office as required by applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations and ordinances, provided that if NCG elects to terminate this Agreement more than two (2) months before the deadline for performance of annual assessment work for the following annual assessment year, NCG shall have no obligation to perform annual assessment work nor to prepare, record and/or file evidence of the same for the following annual assessment year.
Annual Assessment Work. During the term of this Agreement, Lessee shall make all expenditures for labor and Improvements requisite to hold and protect the possessory rights and titles or interest of Owner in and to the unpatented mining claims described in Section 1, and shall make and file the necessary affidavits attesting thereto pursuant to the Statutes of the United States and the State of Montana.

Beginning with the annual assessment work period ending September 1st, and for each annual assessment work period commencing during the term of this Agreement, Lessee shall perform for the benefit of the Property work of a type customarily deemed applicable as assessment work, and of sufficient value to satisfy the annual assessment work requirements of all applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations and ordinances, and shall prepare evidence of the same in a form proper for recordation and filing, and shall timely record and/or file such evidence in the appropriate federal, state and local office as required by applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations and ordinances, provided that if Lessee elects to terminate this Agreement before July 1 of any year, it shall have no further obligation hereunder to perform annual assessment work, nor to prepare, record and/or file evidence of the same with respect to that year.

Beginning with the annual assessment work period ending September 1, and for each annual assessment work period commencing during the term of this Agreement, Sterling shall perform for the benefit of the Property work of a type customarily deemed applicable as assessment work and of sufficient value to satisfy the annual assessment work requirements of all applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations and ordinances, and shall prepare evidence of the same in a form proper for recordation and filing, and shall timely record and/or file such evidence in the appropriate federal, state and local office as required by applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations and ordinances, provided that if Sterling elects to terminate this Agreement before July 1 of any year, it shall have no further obligation hereunder to perform annual assessment work no to prepare, record and/or file evidence of the same with respect to that year.
Annual Assessment Work. Lessee's assignee shall perform all annual assessment work, and if required, pay maintenance fees and other costs required by law to hold the unpatented claims listed under Exhibit A hereto for each assessment year, as defined by statute, and ending upon the date the Cyprus J.V.

To the extent required by law, beginning with the annual assessment work period of September 1, 2015 to September 1, 2016, and for each subsequent annual assessment work year commencing during the Term and not less than thirty (30) days before the applicable deadline, Lessee shall perform, for the benefit of the Property, work of a type customarily deemed applicable as assessment work and of sufficient value to satisfy the annual assessment work requirements of all applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations and ordinances, if any, and shall prepare evidence of the same in form proper for recordation and filing, and shall timely record and/or file such evidence in the appropriate federal, state and local office as required by applicable Federal, State, County and local laws, regulations and ordinances no annual assessment work requirements for the unpatented mining claims which constitute the Property.
Annual Assessment Work. To the extent required by law, beginning with the annual assessment work period of September 1, 2011, to September 1, 2012, and for each succeeding annual assessment work year commencing during the term of this Agreement, and not less than thirty (30) days before the applicable deadline, FAS shall perform for the benefit of the Property work of a type customarily deemed applicable as assessment work and of sufficient value to satisfy the annual assessment work requirements of all applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations and ordinances, if any, and shall prepare evidence of the same in form proper for recordation and filing, and shall timely record and/or file such evidence in the appropriate federal, state and local office as required by applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations and ordinances. FAS shall deliver to Owner proof of FAS's compliance with this Section not less than fifteen (15) days before the applicable deadline. If this Agreement is terminated and the effective date of termination is more than forty-five (45) days before the deadline for performance of annual assessment work for the succeeding annual assessment year, FAS shall have no obligation to perform annual assessment work nor to prepare, record and/or file evidence of the same for the following annual assessment year. The parties acknowledge that there are presently no annual assessment work requirements for the unpatented mining claims which constitute the Property.
